This wellness plan is for the male patient that reports a lack of energy, fatigue, loss of mental function, weight gain and low libido. This individual may also be a candidate for testosterone therapy as well as possible growth hormone and thyroid hormone, depending on blood work results. This plan involves intermediate fitness training but can be done at home. Requires only some dumbbells, a mat and your own body. If patient has restrictions or limitations, consider the Beginner HRT plan.

21 DAYS OF MINDFULNESS W/ JENNIFER GRACE
