New Patients

Common Questions About Our Appointments

Please fill out this new patient form, and our new patient representative will contact you via phone and text. The scheduling process is very simple and takes about 5–10 minutes. The new patient representative will determine the length of your first appointment based on your health goals and medical history and provide you with a transparent pricing breakdown. Afterwards, we usually review office policies and afterwards our staff will send you email links to complete your set of new patient questionnaires before your appointment, and submit a deposit to hold your appointment time.

YOU DO NOT need to get labs done before your appointment, as our doctors will most likely order customized lab work based on your initial evaluation.

A treatment plan based on your symptoms that will be adjusted once your lab work results come in and will be tailored to your medical history.

  • Thorough lab work is typically sent to Quest or LabCorp, depending on your evaluation. Our staff will also make recommendations for Specialty Lab Work after the initial consultation as needed to evaluate your medical condition.
  • Your Supplements will be sent to you via our online dispensary and your prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy.
  • A list of medical-grade supplements emailed to you for purchase on Fullscript.
  • Follow-up appointments are available at an additional cost to track your progress.

We completely understand how infuriating the modern-day healthcare system can be, everything from doctors who don’t listen to you when you say you’re not feeling well, to 15-minute appointments that leave you feeling unheard while not addressing the root cause. If you want to get a feel for our doctors, you are welcome to request a FREE 10-minute discovery call to see if our doctors seem likely to meet your needs. This can be scheduled with our new patient care
coordinator after filling out our new patient inquiry form. After the call, there is NO OBLIGATION to schedule if you are not comfortable, and you will have a better idea of how our physicians can support you on your healing journey.

We are classified as an out-of-network provider and do not directly deal with insurance. We have chosen this model because insurance limits our ability to tailor our protocols to our patients’ needs. Our focus is to provide a patient centered approach to care and our emphasis relies on putting the patient first in all circumstances. After your appointment, we will provide you with an invoice with codes so you can individually submit it to your insurance to see if they will cover any costs. However, we do NOT guarantee that insurance will cover our appointments or treatments—this depends on your out-of-network benefits and your insurance provider.

To check your benefits, you may want to contact your insurance provider and ask:

  • Does my plan offer out-of-network reimbursement for medical visits?
  • What percentage of the visit cost will be reimbursed?
  • Do I need pre-authorization or a referral for reimbursement?

We do accept CareCredit. We also accept FSA cards.
